The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply Garmin‑branded dog‑tracking and training equipment, related accessories, and associated shipping services. The contract will be awarded on an “all‑or‑none” basis to the bidder offering the highest percentage discount off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the primary equipment line. The award will cover a 12‑month base period with up to four additional 12‑month extensions, subject to written approval. Deliveries must occur on weekdays (no weekends or state holidays) and the supplier is responsible for unloading the goods; ADOC will move items after unloading. Payment terms are net‑30 days after receipt of a proper invoice.
