Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Dental Oral Surgery for the residents of Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. The contract will provide dental services to the residents, and the bidder must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation. The scope of work includes providing dental oral surgery services, and the bidder must have the necessary experience and qualifications to perform the services. • The bidder must submit a completed pricing sheet and exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations.
• The bidder must have a Texas State Board of Dental Examiners License and a United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Permit to prescribe controlled substances.
• The bidder must provide any other information that demonstrates their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
• The bidder must submit their response by July 6, 2026, 10:30 AM, and must include all required information and documentation.
