The North Dakota University System (NDUS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual preventative‑maintenance services for twelve power distribution units (four PDUs and eight RPPs) located at its Grand Forks campus. The contractor must perform on‑site inspections, offer 6‑hour emergency response, provide 24‑hour telephone support, and supply parts at discounted rates. All labor, travel, and related expenses are included in a firm‑fixed price for the first two years, with optional extensions and renewals. The award will be made to the lowest responsive bid, with a preference for North Dakota‑resident vendors.
