Municipal Housing Bond Underwriting Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (Atlanta Housing) seeks to enter into one or more contracts with qualified firms to provide Municipal Housing Bond Underwriting/Investment Bankers or Institutions. The selected firm will serve in two areas of underwriting services in two pools: Senior Manager and/or Co-Manager. The contract period is expected to be three years, but may be extended at the discretion of Atlanta Housing. • The firm will provide underwriting services for municipal housing bonds to support financing for multifamily affordable housing projects. • The firm will be required to have a minimum excess net capital of $250,000,000 for Senior Underwriter roles. • The firm will be expected to provide a comprehensive overview of their marketing and sales capabilities, including their ability to market tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds. • The firm will be required to submit a fee proposal, including all fees, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, general administration, printing, and other fees necessary to perform the work.
