New Mexico PBS is seeking an experienced underwriting sales professional or firm to manage and grow its underwriting business. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing underwriting clients, developing new prospects, and identifying opportunities to expand underwriting support across the station’s television, digital, and event platforms. Proposals must include mandatory forms (Instruction to Offerors, Insurance, Conflict of Interest, Submittal Form) and any applicable business‑owner certifications. Evaluation will be based on knowledge of public‑media underwriting, past client performance, quality of previous work, proposed plan, and cost proposal. The contract runs from December 1 2026 to November 30 2027 and compensation is commission‑based on collected underwriting revenue plus a monthly travel allowance. • Manage existing underwriting client relationships and renew contracts. • Prospect and secure new underwriting sponsors throughout central and northern New Mexico (with occasional regional/national opportunities). • Provide sales proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure FCC‑compliant underwriting copy. • Submit all required certifications, forms, and cost proposal by the sealed‑until deadline (Nov 10 2026).
