Description
The Catoosa County Board of Education is seeking a qualified construction manager for various school construction projects, including the Boynton Elementary School Phase II Addition and Renovation, Ringgold Elementary School and Ringgold Primary School Reroofing and Renovation, Lakeview Middle School Renovation, and Ringgold High School Gym Addition and Renovation. The construction manager will be responsible for providing construction management services, including project planning, cost management, project control, preconstruction, and construction techniques. The selected firm will work with the owner and architect to plan the project, arrange bid packages, develop requirements for time, cost, and quality control, and manage the construction process.
Some key features of the projects include:
• Boynton Elementary School Phase II Addition and Renovation: 49,000 new square feet and 31,000 renovated square feet, with a bid target of $24,750,000
• Ringgold Elementary School and Ringgold Primary School Reroofing and Renovation: 141,100 square feet of TPO and shingle roof area, with a bid target of $9,100,000
• Lakeview Middle School Renovation: 118,500 square feet, with a bid target of $10,350,000
• Ringgold High School Gym Addition and Renovation: 2,600 square feet of new construction and 19,800 square feet of renovation, with a bid target of $4,400,000
The construction manager will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and proposed fee.
