The Borough of Garwood, NJ is seeking a qualified firm or individual to serve as a Redevelopment Area Financial Analyst. The contractor will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of redevelopment projects, preparing financial statements and forecasts, presenting findings to municipal officials, and ensuring compliance with New Jersey statutes. The engagement is a one‑year contract with an emphasis on local knowledge, municipal experience, and professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 5 years experience analyzing redevelopment‑area finances, with prior work for New Jersey municipalities.
• Deliverables include staff resumes, hourly rate proposals, reference letters, certifications, and a USB flash drive copy of all materials.

• Contractor must maintain $500,000 professional liability insurance and complete extensive compliance forms (15+ appendices).
