Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for the Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) Newsletter on an as-needed basis. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 4 years. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $25,000 to $40,000.
• The vendor must meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
• The vendor must provide a signed copy of Attachment A: Responder Declarations.
• The vendor must complete Attachment B: Exceptions to State’s Terms and Conditions.
• The vendor must submit a cost proposal, including a price schedule.
• The vendor must provide samples of newsletters printed within the past three years upon request.
