Furnish S4C 3/8-Inch Minus Gravel Mix for the Department of Water Supply

The County of Maui's Department of Water Supply is seeking bids for the furnishing of S4C 3/8-Inch Minus Gravel Mix. The contract will be a price term agreement without an estimated quantity, and the vendor will be required to provide the material on an as-needed basis. The Time of Performance for this agreement will be from the commencement date specified on the Notice to Proceed through December 31, 2026, and may be extended by mutual agreement for one additional year. • The vendor shall coordinate with DWS staff to ensure timely pickup of the material(s) at the vendor's location. • The vendor shall provide a contact person and phone number. • The bid shall be submitted electronically via the Public Purchase System. • The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on cost per ton. • The vendor shall submit a current Tax Clearance Certificate, Certificate of Good Standing, and Certificate of Compliance.
