Description
The Fulton County Purchasing Department is soliciting bids for prisoner transportation services. The contractor will be responsible for transporting extradited prisoners from one governmental entity to another to meet court dates as ordered by judges. The scope of work includes providing national prisoner transportation services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must have the necessary experience, equipment, and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor must provide all necessary vehicles, equipment, and personnel to transport prisoners.
• The contractor must have a valid business license and be registered with the Georgia Secretary of State.
• The contractor must have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
