Description
The County of Kauai, Department of Water, is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of hydrants, appurtenances, and various drinking water pipe repair and maintenance fittings. The contractor shall deliver the equipment specified in this solicitation within 270 calendar days. The equipment shall meet the minimum specifications outlined in the solicitation, including compliance with American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards. The contractor shall also provide warranties, technical manuals, and advice as required.
• The contractor shall deliver the equipment to the Department of Water, Operations Division, 4398 Pua Loke Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766.
• The contractor shall provide a certification of compliance for final payment.
• The contractor shall comply with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii.
• The contractor shall provide proof of compliance with tax clearance requirements.
• The contractor shall provide proof of compliance with workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, temporary disability insurance, and prepaid health care requirements.
