Description
The Kingdom East Unified Union School District is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to remove existing wallpaper, prepare wall surfaces, and repaint hallways of the Lyndon Town School. The project includes removal and disposal of wallpaper, repair of any wall damage, and preparation of the wall surface for painting. The contractor will be required to follow OSHA guidelines and complete the work between Monday and Friday, 7am-6pm, starting no earlier than June 22nd, 2026, and completing by August 14th, 2026.
• Removal and disposal of wallpaper in hallways

• Painting of hallway walls with a color chosen by the customer
