IDS Pueblo RTUs

The State of Colorado, Office of the State Architect, is seeking a qualified contractor to replace RTUs 1 & 2 at the IDS Pueblo building. The project includes removing existing RTUs, recovering old refrigerants, and installing new units, as well as any necessary repairs to the roof and/or curb. The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local and state rules, as well as OSHA regulations. The project requires a qualified contractor who can provide a comprehensive quote, including all labor and materials, and perform all necessary work for the complete and prompt execution of the project. • The project location is at 2 Jetway Ct, Pueblo, CO 81001. • The contractor must coordinate with the State Project Manager and Facility Manager to schedule work. • The contractor is responsible for verifying existing conditions and selecting new equipment that meets the required specifications. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all labor and materials, as well as any necessary inspections and reviews by local or state authorities. • The project has a budget of $50,000.
