STTJ)-2026-13 (On-Call Plumbing Services, St. Thomas/St. John District

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified, certified, and licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services at VIPA properties in the St. Thomas/St. John District. The selected contractor(s) will furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to provide on-call inspections, repair, and installation services at VIPA facilities, including airports and seaports. The contract will be effective from the date of award through September 30, 2027, with three one-year extension options at the discretion of the Authority. • The contractor must provide a business license, certificate of general liability insurance, qualification statement, and other required documents. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. • The contractor must provide references and prior experience, preferably with other governmental agencies. • The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the requirements for background investigations.
