Description
The Columbia School District is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal, grounds care, and athletic field care services for a period of two years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The contractor will be responsible for snow plowing, salting, and hauling, as well as maintaining the district's grounds, including lawn mowing, string trimming, and edging. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the district's athletic fields, including baseball, softball, soccer, football, and track and field areas. The district is seeking a contractor who can provide high-quality services, meet the district's insurance requirements, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to a school district or similar organization.
• The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services.
• The contractor must have a good safety record and be able to provide proof of insurance.
• The contractor must be able to provide references from previous clients.
