In-Vehicle Mobile Audio and Video (MAV) Recording

The City of Pasadena Police Department is seeking information from vendors to replace its current in-vehicle Mobile Audio Video (MAV) recording system. The new system should be able to record video of common events such as traffic stops, as well as critical incidents like pursuits and uses of force. The system should also have features such as license plate recognition, AI search tools, and real-time viewing.
