Description
The City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management (DWM) is seeking qualified progressive design‑builder firms to pre‑qualify for the Peachtree Raw Water Pump Station (PRWPS) improvement project. The work will encompass design, pre‑construction, and construction services, including rehabilitation/replacement of existing pumps, upgrades to pump buildings, electrical distribution improvements, raw water main alternatives, and construction of a dedicated raw water main. Firms must demonstrate experience delivering large‑scale water‑infrastructure design‑build projects, provide engineering expertise, construction capability, staffing, and the ability to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). An optional virtual pre‑solicitation conference is scheduled for Oct 21, 2026. The procurement will proceed through a multi‑step sealed‑bid process: pre‑qualification followed by an Invitation for Bid.
