Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a 24/7 lactation hotline service. The service should include phone, video, and text platform support. The contract will be for one year with the option for renewal. The vendor will be required to provide education sessions for breastfeeding peer counselor staff and other WIC staff. The vendor will also be responsible for marketing and publicity promotion of the Appalachian Breastfeeding Network WV WIC Hotline.
• The hotline service should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The vendor should provide education sessions for breastfeeding peer counselor staff and other WIC staff.
