Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of 40,000 EL MIRAGE DAY PASS prints. The prints must be 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" in size, with a face print in black and red (four-color process) and a back print in black ink only. The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment and must submit quotes via the GPO Publish website. The delivery date is 02/27/2026, and the contractor must notify the ordering agency and the GPO of the actual delivery date. Key requirements include:
* Digital printing is acceptable, but the contractor must maintain Quality Level III standards.
* The contractor must perform a basic check (preflight) of the furnished media and publishing files to assure correct output of the required reproduction image.
