Description
The USFK is seeking a contractor to provide travel management services, including arranging official travel, making reservations, issuing tickets, and performing related services. The contractor will be required to provide 24/7 customer service, maintain a high level of quality, and adhere to Government travel regulations and policies. The contract includes a base period and multiple option years, with the option to extend services for up to six months under FAR 52.217-8. Key services include:
• TMC Assist Travel Arrangements
• DoD OBT Travel Arrangements
• Centrally Billed Account (CBA)/Unit Card (UC) Reconciliation
• Movement of Human Remains
• Pet Travel
• Delivery of Reports
• Providing Global Distribution System (GDS) Terminals/GDS Web Account Access Credentials
• Maintaining Security of Personnel Data/Privacy Act Enforcement
• LICWO
• Military Working Dogs
• Air Mobility Command Patriot Express (AMC/PE) arrangements
The contractor will be required to demonstrate their technical and performance capability, including their ability to provide high-quality services, maintain 24/7 customer service, and adhere to Government travel regulations and policies.
