Description
The US Army is soliciting quotes for the supply of asphalt for the HIANG - B3428 Pad - JBPHH Hickam project. The project requires 120 tons of Hawaii State Mix 4 asphalt and 116 tons of Hawaii State Mix 5 asphalt. The contractor must deliver the asphalt to the specified location and provide pricing for the materials. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The evaluation and award will be based on price.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission and contract award.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor must submit payment requests and receiving reports electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
