Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide a fire alarm and suppression system for the Port Royal Tower Site. The system should include items such as Honeywell ES-50, Yuasa 12/7.0Ah back-up batteries, dedicated circuit breaker lock, Honeywell addressable smoke detector, and Honeywell addressable relay modules. The vendor should quote all items specified in the bid solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract term will be for 365 days.
• The vendor should provide a complete description of each item quoted.
• The vendor should provide a quote for all items specified in the bid solicitation.
• The vendor should deliver the products to the City at the prices quoted.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to accept quotes from more than one vendor, and to accept quotes on any one or more items quoted without accepting quotes on all items.
