Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The budget for this project is estimated to be around $500,000 to $1,500,000, considering the scope of work, which includes demolition, rebuilding, and installation of materials, as well as the requirement for the contractor to perform on-site work equivalent to at least 51 percent of the total amount of work. The cost of labor, materials, and equipment, as well as the need for specialized services such as engineering and architecture, may also impact the final budget.
