The US Army is seeking a high power, RF-excited, CO2 laser. The laser should have an RF driver and laser controller, but does not include a DC power supply. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price that meets the technical requirements. The delivery of the laser should be made within 10 weeks after contract award to 1856 Craig St, White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002. • The laser should be suitable for use in a specific application, with a description of the application provided in the attached "Salient Characteristics" document. • The offeror should provide their business size in relation to the NAICS code contained in this solicitation and identify any socioeconomic categories to which they belong. • The contract will include various FAR and DFARS clauses, including those related to payment, inspection, and acceptance.
