Purchase and Delivery of Bulk Lubricants

Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide and deliver a variety of bulk lubricants for its fleet over a six‑month period (June 1 – Nov 30 2026). The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order with no minimum order quantity; the agency will order as needed up to 1.5 × the projected six‑month usage. Suppliers must be able to deliver both bulk‑tank shipments and 55‑gal drum shipments to RTA facilities in Riverside and Hemet, comply with California CARB emissions standards, provide required safety data sheets, and certify compliance with FTA and DBE regulations.
