Budget estimate

$160,000 – $2,500,000

Based on the solicitation’s historical contract values (ranging from $160 K to $2.48 M) and the per‑bed reimbursement rates ($55–$60 per occupied bed for the first 90 days, $50–$55 thereafter, $105 for women/children), a provider operating a modest portfolio of 20–30 beds could expect annual revenues around $300 K–$600 K, while a larger operator with 100+ beds could approach $2 M–$2.5 M. Therefore, the likely budget range for a successful bid is roughly $160,000 at the low end to $2,500,000 at the high end.
