State Fire Marshal Office Fire Training Academy & Memorial

The State of New Mexico, General Services Department, Facilities Management Division is seeking proposals for the construction of a new State Fire Marshal Office and Training Academy with site improvements and a Memorial. The project includes a 32,700 sq. ft. facility with dedicated office space, shared conference and break areas, training rooms, an auditorium, a drive-through apparatus bay, and fitness and locker/shower facilities. The design must meet New Mexico's Green Building standards and operational efficiency goals. • The project requires a construction manager with experience in public or private facilities projects over $25 million. • The project includes a mandatory pre-proposal meeting. • The proposal must include a detailed scope of work, technical specifications, and a cost proposal. • The evaluation criteria include past performance, project staffing, management plan, health and safety, and cost. • The contract will be awarded to a single source, and the term of the agreement may extend to eight years from the date of the last signature.
