Preventative and Corrective Maintenance - Trane Cooling and Heating units and Bry-Air Dehumidifier Units at DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG)

The DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance services for Bry-Air ECP Dry Dehumidifier units and Trane Cooling and Heating units at DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG). The contractor will be required to perform quarterly preventive maintenance services and corrective maintenance services as needed. The contract will be a hybrid firm-fixed price/time and materials purchase order. • The contractor must have experience in performing maintenance services for similar equipment. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed schedule of supplies and services. • The contractor must be able to provide a pricing plan that includes fixed hourly rates and reimbursement for actual costs of replacement parts. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
