New Noise, Tilt and Vibration Detection Equipment

The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Highways Division is seeking a vendor to furnish, deliver, service, and maintain 6 new Inzwatech Veva 3 - E01/8 Noise, Tilt, and Vibration Equipment with six Inzwatech SLM01 microphones, Inzwatech Cloud Platform, cellular service, and annual calibration/service or equivalent. The equipment will be used for detecting noise, tilt, and vibration. The vendor must provide all necessary documentation, including proof of compliance with state and federal statutes. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must register with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) prior to responding to the solicitation. • The vendor must include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling, delivery, or any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted. • The Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) shall not exceed 4.712% for the islands of Oahu, Kauai, Hawaii, and Maui. • The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% (.0075) of the award, not to exceed $5,000 for each award.
