Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure Electronic Armor (EA) software support on a Brand Name or Equal basis for NIGHTWING INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS, LLC software. The contract will require additional services and licensing to support deployment and runtime licensing requirements. The contractor must provide a monthly status report that includes the remaining engineering support services hours without pricing and the current status of software development and integration efforts. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
• The contract requires the contractor to provide NIGHTWING INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS, LLC software and additional services and licensing.
• The contractor must provide a monthly status report that includes the remaining engineering support services hours without pricing and the current status of software development and integration efforts.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• Award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
