The VA is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install three Entry Point Identity and Access Management (IAM) software licenses and associated USB card‑reader hardware to enable PIV badge integration with the C‑CURE S PACS system at its Salt Lake City medical center and three satellite CBOCs. The effort includes delivery of brand‑name software, on‑site installation, configuration, testing, and one‑year post‑installation support. • Provide three OEM‑authorized “Entry Point” IAM software licenses (base‑year) and three Omnikey 3821 (or newer) USB card readers. • Perform on‑site installation, configuration, and functional testing on VA‑provided laptops/workstations at the primary site and three remote CBOCs (Nevada and Idaho). • Deliver one year of warranty‑type support to ensure the solution remains operational, including troubleshooting and minor updates.
