Bulk Water/Fuel Disposal Services

The 4th Contracting Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base seeks a qualified contractor to provide bulk fuel/water removal and disposal services. One firm‑fixed‑price purchase order will be awarded for a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions. Approximately 12,000 gallons of mixed fuel/water will be removed annually from bulk storage and transported to an EPA‑approved reclamation facility. The contractor must comply with all solicitation instructions, submit quotes via the PIEE Solicitation Module (or email), and meet all timeline requirements. • Remove and transport ~12,000 gallons of fuel/water mixture each year. • Deliver material to an EPA‑approved reclamation facility. • Provide a firm‑fixed‑price solution covering a base year plus up to four renewal options.
