Description
Franklin County is soliciting bids for Outdoor Optical Fiber Cable to support the MIP Project. The project involves constructing 144 miles of fiber optic cable in Franklin County to serve unserved areas throughout the Northern portion of the County. Bidders must provide the Commodities, goods, and services consistent with the Specifications. The contract term is expected to expire on 12/31/2026.
• The Bidder must submit a complete Bid package, including all required documents listed on the Bidder’s Checklist.
• The Bidder must provide Samples for any substitutes at Franklin County's Request.
• The Bidder must comply with all applicable laws, including the Build America, Buy America Act.
• The Bidder must provide a warranty for the goods and services provided.
• The Bidder must indemnify Franklin County, its officers, agents, or employees for any claims arising from the performance of the Bid or Contract.
