Special Notice of Intent: Maintenance Service Support for the Intelligent Imaging Innovations Marianas Super-Resolution Spinning Disk Confocal Microscope with C-Shaper

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to award a single source purchase order to Intelligent Imaging Innovations, Inc. for the acquisition of maintenance service support for an Intelligent Imaging Innovations Marianas Super-Resolution Spinning Disk Confocal Microscopy System with C-Shaper. The Muthuswamy Lab in the Laboratory of Cancer Biology and Genetics (LCBG), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), National Cancer Institute (NCI) currently has this system that requires service contract coverage. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment for preventive maintenance on this machine. • The system requires periodic maintenance to ensure continued operation and to avoid damage or failure. • Technical support and local service is needed for both hardware and software support to ensure maximum user time on the microscope and minimal "down-time" for repairs and/or training on the system. • The anticipated period of performance will be from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029, if all options are exercised.
