Description
The City of Fayetteville is establishing an on‑call roster of firms qualified to provide professional engineering and architectural services for citywide capital‑improvement projects. Qualified firms will be placed on a three‑year on‑call list (extendable up to five years) and may be selected for individual task orders covering design, construction administration, inspection, and project management across a range of municipal infrastructure, building, and environmental initiatives. The solicitation is a qualifications‑based RFQ; no price is required at this stage, but firms must demonstrate capability, relevant experience, staffing, licensing, and insurance.
• Scope includes architectural design, engineering design, construction inspection, and project/program management for municipal projects.
• Firms must hold appropriate North Carolina professional licenses and carry the prescribed insurance limits.
• The on‑call list will be used for multiple future task orders; selection is based on qualifications, not price.
