Service and Maintenance Agreement for Bioraptr hig

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide service and maintenance support for 23 BioRaptr high-speed bulk reagent dispensers and 2 Precise Drops at the NCATS Division of Preclinical Innovation. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price service agreement for a period of one year. The contractor will be responsible for providing remote technical support, software support, and documentation, as well as performing corrective maintenance services and providing replacement parts as needed. The contractor must have personnel trained and qualified to service the BioRaptrs. • The contractor will provide service coverage for the instruments for a period of one year beginning on the date of award. • The contractor will provide remote support, including corrective maintenance services, software and firmware upgrades as needed, and assistance to diagnose and repair instrument malfunctions. • The contractor will provide service coverage confirmation, preventive maintenance service reports, and corrective maintenance reports. • The government will designate a point of contact to coordinate scheduling and access.
