Two (2) Liquid Handling Systems for Molecular Pathology Applications

The University of Iowa is seeking proposals for the provision of two (2) Liquid Handling Systems for Molecular Pathology Applications. The systems should meet or exceed the specified requirements, including open system programming, on-board thermal cycler, cooling modules, and automatic waste disposal. The University also requires a minimum one-year warranty, access to technical support, and software updates. The successful supplier will be expected to provide equipment maintenance and warranty service plans, as well as customer service and support. • The University prefers an open system programming with the ability to program on site and not rely on external assistance • On-board thermal cycler and cooling modules are required • Automatic waste disposal to an external location is desired • The equipment should include an Operations & Maintenance Manual • A minimum one-year warranty on all parts and labor is required • Access to technical support and software updates is required • The supplier should provide equipment maintenance and warranty service plans • Customer service and support are required
