The project entails a full replacement of the existing rooftop HVAC unit at Bordentown Regional High School, conversion to a chilled‑water cooling coil, installation of a new stand‑alone DDC control system, associated ductwork modifications, and roof‑penetration flashing work. The contractor must also provide a service platform, comply with EPDM roofing specifications, and supply a two‑year warranty and maintenance bond. The work must be performed under strict night‑shift constraints, adhere to New Jersey prevailing‑wage and grant compliance requirements, and be completed by the substantial completion date of May 31 2027. • Replace rooftop HVAC unit with chilled‑water coil and upgraded heating coil (226.3 MBH). • Install stand‑alone Direct Digital Control system (minimum 48 spare points) and PC workstation. • Provide roof platform, flashing, EPDM membrane work, and ensure watertight roof penetrations. • Meet NJ prevailing‑wage, public‑works registration, and Educational Facilities Construction grant reporting obligations.
