Description
The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive septic‑tank pumping, baffle cleaning/replacement, and wastewater disposal services for all residential homes within the Torreon Chapter. The work must be performed under a sealed‑bid process, with technical and cost proposals submitted separately, and must be completed no later than December 31 2026. Preference is given to Navajo‑certified Priority 1 or 2 firms, though non‑Navajo firms may be considered if they present the lowest responsive price.
• Perform full septic‑tank pumping, inspection, baffle/filter cleaning, and replacement where needed.
• Transport all waste to an authorized treatment facility and retain disposal manifests.
• Provide site restoration, detailed service reports, and comply with Navajo Nation insurance, bonding, and labor‑wage requirements.
