Bid Package T12 & T13

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is requesting bids for two packages: T12 and T13. Bid Package T12 includes E-Rate Network Electronics and Structured Cabling, as well as Fiber Maintenance, while Bid Package T13 includes Audio Visual Systems, Technology Infrastructure, and Security. The district is seeking proposals for services and equipment for the FY2026 Universal Services Fund (USF) E-rate Program. Bid documents are available on the USAC EPC website and the District website. A virtual, non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for each package. Bid proposals will be received through BuildingConnected.com and will be publicly opened and streamed.
