Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai, India requires a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for elevators at the Consul General Residence (CGR). The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the elevators in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year optional periods of performance. The contractor will provide routine monthly maintenance services, including inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required. The contractor will also provide 24-hour call-back service for emergency repairs.

* A schedule that defines the exact day, each month, maintenance will occur, and the duration of time required
* A list of tools being brought on site
The contractor shall maintain an easily accessible supply of spare parts sufficient for normal maintenance and expedient emergency repairs. The contractor shall use genuine manufacturer's parts or approved or equal (to be approved by COR) for all replacements.
