7A--SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source contract to Bridge Intelligence, LLC d/b/a AssetIntel for a FEDRAMP-authorized cloud-based bridge portfolio management system. The system will be used for scheduling and inspection reviews, maintenance and tracking of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) National Bridge Inventory (NBI) reportable data, decision support for investments, and annual FHWA NBI data reporting. The contract has a base year and four option years. • The system must have FEDRAMP certification and provide real-time access to the management system from inside and outside the federal IT firewall. • The system must support consistent data management and management system support. • The system must have reporting ability for bureau compliance with the FHWA reporting format. • The system must have real-time and collaborative workflow management for consultant work scheduling and FWS quality assurance requirements. • The vendor must provide support for ongoing system operation, analysis, and maintenance.
