Description
Lee County is seeking a North Carolina Licensed Asbestos Inspector to perform asbestos inspection services for the planned demolition of up to four residential structures located within Lee County. The selected inspector will conduct a full asbestos inspection of each assigned structure, produce an asbestos inspection report, and provide it to the designated Project Manager for Lee County. The inspection services should be completed within approximately 30 days of award and contract execution. Key requirements include:
• A lump-sum inspection fee for each unit to be inspected
• A fixed price per processed sample
• Average response time for completing inspections and submitting reports
• Proof of current North Carolina asbestos inspector licensing and applicable insurance coverage
The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and select the firm deemed most advantageous to the County.
