Landscape Installation & Maintenance Services

The Hennepin County is seeking a contractor to provide landscape installation and maintenance services at various county facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of three years from the date of award. The scope of work includes installation and repair of landscape features, clearing of brush and dense vegetation, installation of shrubs, plants, sod, and other landscape materials, seeding of turf and native plant areas, and placement of landscape materials. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing landscape installation and maintenance services. • The contractor must provide at least three references for comparable contracts. • The contractor must be registered with the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. • The contractor must provide a copy of their landscape license. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, hazardous materials, and environmental protection.
