VA Wide- Third Party Fire and Life Safety Services-Blanket Purchase Agreement

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking potential sources for a VA Wide Blanket Purchase Agreement for Third-Party Fire and Life Safety Services. The contractor will provide professional architectural, fire protection engineering, life safety, and code consulting services to update the facility's existing life safety drawings. The scope of work includes meeting with the station to review and document fire protection and life safety deficiencies, conducting site visits to develop complete life safety drawings, and providing a report detailing findings and recommendations. The contractor must have experience in application and interpretation of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes and Standards and the model building codes. Some key tasks and deliverables include: • Meeting with the station to review and document fire protection and life safety deficiencies • Conducting site visits to develop complete life safety drawings • Providing a report detailing findings and recommendations • Developing life safety plans in AutoCAD or Revit format • Submitting all documents to the COR electronically
