Description
The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide professional development services to Dennehotso Boarding School. The contractor will provide culturally responsive professional development to support teacher growth, improve student learning outcomes in literacy, math, and writing, and build capacity for curriculum mapping and data-driven instruction. The contractor will also provide coaching and consultation services to support teachers in implementing small group instruction and evidence-based instructional practices. The contract will be for a base year with the option to extend for up to four additional years.
• The contractor will provide 50 in-person service days per year.
• The contractor will provide monthly reports and a final year-end report.
• The contractor will provide coaching and consultation services to support teachers.
• The contractor will provide professional development sessions on the Science of Reading and integrate culturally responsive teaching strategies into all trainings.
• The contractor will provide written training materials, handouts, and digital resources for teacher use.
