• 24-hour unrestricted access to the leased space
• Availability of all communications infrastructure
• Direct access to a secondary exterior exit door
• 24-hour lighted parking for Government vehicles and adequate parking for privately owned vehicles
• Compliance with accessibility requirements and fire protection standards
• No known hazardous conditions or recognized environmental conditions
The successful Offeror will be required to execute a Lease prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which will incorporate the agreement of the parties.
