The Space Development Agency (SDA) is conducting market research to gauge industry ability to provide commercially‑leased Ground Entry Points (GEPs) that support its Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) space vehicles. Respondents must detail existing or planned Ka‑band ground‑station capabilities, coverage footprints, regulatory and spectrum licensing status, cybersecurity posture, and a commercial model (SLAs, cost estimates, availability, MTTR, etc.). The RFI seeks both business information and technical capability statements, with an emphasis on high‑availability (> 98 %), 14 Gbps downlink capacity, and Mil‑Ka‑band RF performance for a constellation of 12 orbital planes with 9 SVs per plane. No award is guaranteed; the effort is purely informational, and a CUI attachment is available to vetted respondents.
