The U.S. Government Publishing Office seeks an offset‑printing vendor to produce a single set of “SEKI National Park Service Unigrid Brochures (B6)” for the National Park Service. The contractor must print a 4‑color, double‑sided brochure using conventional offset presses, meet strict paper and ink specifications, provide required proofs, and ship both flat press sheets and folded copies to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park in California. The contract is a fixed‑price award with a ceiling of $92,585.55; the vendor will propose the total quantity it can supply for that price and must supply unit‑price schedules for additional copies.
• Offset printing only – digital printing prohibited.
• Paper must meet JCP Specification Standards (codes A261/A262 or optional A181/A182 with aqueous coating).
• Required proofs: digital color content proofs and one‑piece composite laminated halftone proofs on production stock.
• Packaging: 5 flat press sheets (flat or rolled, not folded) and bulk folded copies (incl. 200 “Blue‑Label” copies) plus 50 QARC copies; each carton ≤ 40 lb, lift‑gate required at destination.
• Delivery deadline: December 15, 2026, with material pickup available October 6, 2026.
