The United States Capitol Police (USCP) Office of Acquisition Management is seeking input from qualified Architectural & Engineering (A/E) firms on a prospective Enterprise Training Infrastructure Project. The effort will build on a recent Training Facilities Requirements Assessment (TFRA) and requires a scope‑study and feasibility analysis that evaluates multiple infrastructure strategies—including modernization, expansion, new construction, leasing, partner‑agency use, relocation, or hybrid solutions—to support current and future training missions. Vendors must submit a capability statement, relevant experience, a technical approach, proposed scope of services, team composition, period of performance, and a rough order‑of‑magnitude budget. This RFI is for market research only and does not constitute a procurement commitment.
• Goal: Produce engineering, planning, operational, and financial data to guide USCP leadership on infrastructure alternatives.
• Required deliverables: Capability statement, experience narrative, technical approach, scope of services, team plan, POP, ROM budget.
• Target audience: A/E firms with experience in federal, military, law‑enforcement, or public‑safety facility planning.
• No formal deadline or award date; submissions are for information gathering only.
